How to place order for an item?
- Login
- Select the products and add to the cart.
- Click checkout in the cart after checking products.
- Then enter billing address and shipping address
- then select shipping method and charges
- select payment method and make the payment.
- click on terms and conditions and place order.
How long it takes to deliver the order?
It takes 4-7 days to ship an order. Once shipped, a product should be delivered to you within 5
days. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons:
- If the area where you live is very interior in the region.
- Natural calamities like heavy rain, earthquake etc.
- Political disturbance, National and Regional holidays etc.
How to track my order?
Once shipped, customer receives E-mail on registered e-mail id containing courier company name and tracking number.
Or maybe you can simply go to the “Track your order” option available on our website.
I missed the delivery of my order today so what can I do now?

I placed my order twice, how can I cancel?
Go to orders and you will get option to cancel your order
Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?
Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted.
But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.
Is there any additional charges need to pay while import?
Yes there is import duty and clearing charges applicable for all the imported items as per the destination country import policy.
(Not applicable For Indian customer)
Can I get refund if the import clearance not done and item retuned?
You will get the refund if the item returned due to our company non response for shipper or customer mails.
If the item returned due to your non response or not paid import duty and clearing charges by customer. we will deduct shipping charges of both outward and inward and balance will be refunded to you within 3- 7 working days from the date of item returned.
How to download Quotation?
Same as order placement, there is a checkbox option in checkout page, once clicked it. You will get quotation through mail.
How can I get service support?

How to return the products?
If the order placed by mistake or ordered wrong items, You can return the products by sending mail to

and once our team approved and we will arrange for return shipment. Customer need to pack as it received and stick the return invoice or documents received from our team. Also the refund will be processed once the item returned to our ware house. We will deduct both outward and inward shipping charges from the amount paid and balance will be refunded to you.

What is the Qualification for Franchise?
Any qualification is ok for franchise but need to have experience in selling of lab products.
Does Franchise need to have any registration?
Franchise does not require company registration or office and any drug license, import license, products source etc. You need to send your PAN card and any Identity card.
What is the need of security deposit?
Security deposit collecting from franchise to safe guard customers and products.
How the franchise will get their earnings?
All the earnings will send to the franchise on weekly basis through wire transfer. For India Franchise we will deduct TDS and transfer the payment and TDS certificate will be provided subsequently
